We normally ship by Fedex Ground or USPS Parcel Post (unless otherwise stated) within the United States.

Please contact us for combined shipping when placing multiple orders.

Shipping days are Monday through Friday. For special orders, faster shipping method rates or world wide shipping please contact us through e-mail tcis@cox.net. We will process your request as soon as possible. Incorrect shipments will be refunded or replaced.

Please call (310)831-1939 immediately after arrival an incorrect shipment. After business hours you may leave a message providing us with your phone number and the reason of your call and we will return your call at our earliest convenience. Or send an e-mail to tcis@cox.net. We cannot refund your original shipping charges for special orders. We are not responsible for damages due to the carrier or incorrect given addresses or names.
